In iOS 12 (or any other version of Apple’s mobile operating system), there are several ways to display the battery percentage permanently. You can add a widget to your Today View, or get the battery percentage from Siri. You can also change the battery percentage on the status bar. You can also customize the battery percentage display by creating a custom widget and placing it on your home screen.
Displaying battery percentage in a widget
The new iOS 14 operating system introduced widgets to the iPhone and opened up a world of possibilities. Widgets are an additional way to check your battery percentage. To add a widget to your home screen, simply swipe left or right to browse different styles. Then, tap the “Add Widget” button at the bottom.
The battery widget is available for the Today View section of the Home Screen and the Lock Screen. It allows you to see your battery percentage without unlocking your iPhone. If you use AirPods or other wired earphones, you can also ask Siri to tell you the current percentage of the battery.
In the Control Center, you can also display the battery percentage. This is an option that is available by default. But before you can turn it on, you must know where to find it. The battery percentage icon is located on the top right corner of the screen. Using the battery percentage widget, you can see how much battery life is left in your iPhone.
Another way to view the battery percentage is to add a widget to your home screen. Apple has made it easy to add widgets in iOS 14, and you can easily add them to your home screen to get the information you need. Once you have your widget, you can see the battery percentage on your iPhone 12 Pro Max.
You can also get the battery percentage of your iPhone by opening the Control Center. To do so, just swipe down from the top right corner of the display. From there, swipe down and you’ll see a battery icon. This is the default way of viewing the battery percentage on older iOS devices, and it complements the new battery percentage design in iOS 16.
You can also customize your iPhone’s lock screen. You can add two or three widgets that display battery percentage on your lock screen. These can be battery bars or percentage widgets. By knowing how much battery power you have left, you can avoid being stranded with a low battery.
Getting the battery percentage from Siri
Getting the battery percentage on iPhone 12 permanently is possible with a few steps. By pressing the Side button on your device, you can activate Siri, which will then read you the battery percentage. This method is useful if you want to check the battery percentage without unlocking your device.
The first step is to open Control Center. This option will open the battery icon and display the percentage. You can use it on any app, and it’s very easy to use. To open Control Center, swipe downwards from the top-right corner of the screen. You’ll see the battery icon, and you can swipe up to close it.
You can also add a widget to your Today View. Once you’ve done that, you can move it to any location on your Home screen. Unfortunately, you can’t change its size. Another option is to download an external app to display the battery percentage. You can find these apps in the App Store. Alternatively, you can ask Siri to check the battery percentage.
The next step is to add a widget to your iPhone 12. To do this, swipe left from the Home screen to bring up Today View, where you can find widgets from various Apple apps. You should find the battery percentage widget there and drag it to the top of your Today View.
If you don’t like the toggle system, you can install a widget. It displays the battery percentage next to the battery icon. You can even add widgets to your home screen. These widgets can also show the percentage permanently. This method is best suited for older iPhones, as the newer versions of iOS are much more complicated.
Once you’ve installed the widget, you’re ready to get Siri to read the battery percentage on your iPhone. To do this, you need to enable Siri.
Changing the battery percentage in the status bar
The battery percentage on the status bar is not a permanent feature on iPhone 12. But the good news is that it is possible to change the percentage with a few simple steps. First, open Control Center. From the top-right corner of your screen, swipe downward. From here, you will see an icon for the battery and the percentage of your phone’s battery. You can then swipe back up to close Control Center.
Next, you can add a widget displaying the battery percentage on your iPhone 12. To do so, swipe left-to-right on the Home screen. This will bring up the Today View, which is filled with various widgets from Apple apps. Select the battery percentage widget and drag it to the top of the Today View.
The battery percentage can be displayed in the status bar even when your iPhone is in low-power mode. If you don’t have an older iPhone, you can do this with an older version of iOS. To do this, go to the Settings app and select the battery option. Now, you will see the battery percentage displayed in the status bar at all times.
The battery percentage option is only available on the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13; it’s not available on the iPhone XR or iPhone X. However, it is available in the iOS 16.1 beta version. This beta is expected to be released later this fall.
The battery percentage widget is available on the lock screen, and it displays the percentage of battery in the status bar. You can add up to three widgets to the lock screen, which can help you stay up-to-date with battery level. Once you have added a battery percentage widget, you can save the new lock screen to your iPhone.
The Control Center icon is on the right-hand edge of the screen and is full of controls and toggles. The right-hand corner of the screen also contains the status bar, which shows the percentage of battery on your iPhone. You can enable or disable this feature on your phone to find out its current battery status.
